Based on what I've seen on the "Screw Loose Change" blog, my guess is that Pat Curley's answer to the second question will probably be that the 9/11 Commission wasn't an investigation but just a compilation of the findings of various government agencies, and that "the real investigation" was the FBI investigation of the hijackers.
