This guy obviously subscribes to Rick Siegel's Mini H-bomb theory.
I for one dont lend much credit to that theory because it doesnt match the known facts and evidence. I spoke to Rick personally about this, he actually tried to imply I was a shill for doubting his theory.
If there were mini-nukes where is the radiation? If someone that believes the nuke theory can explain that I would entertain the notion of mini-nukes and study it much further than I have. Until then I kind of write it off as nonsense. Maybe thats not the right thing to do but oh well
