First who says they are less then human?

Second, I used to pass by them all the time when I worked in the city (yes believe it or not there is a city in New Hampshire). I have looked them in the eye, especially when they ask for money and I always tell them NO. I was in NYC with 2 friends of mine a few years ago and there was a homeless man who asked us for money. He told us that he had to buy "those women things you know, Tampax". Both of my friends started to reach in their pockets to hand him money and I said No, sorry and just kept on walking. I must just be cold hearted or something, but I feel that they choose to live that way. There is SO much help out there for the Bum/homeless. If they ask me for a cigarette I say no, I don't smoke now, but used to.

Third, please don't tell me that the gov't thinks that women are less then human.
