    Gold9472 - v.glad that you posted this link. i read the book "Crossing the Rubicon" & found it to be coherent, well presented & broad. i'm not an investigator - so i've been v.interested in getting other well-informed opinions on Ruppert's work.

    all i can do as of now is pass the word.
