    when did they deside this was going to happen? after it went up???
    my grampa said it's going to get up to 3 dollars a gallon.

    Probably higher than that eventually. Demand keeps going up, supply keeps going down. They're pumping 83 million barrels of oil out of the ground every day, they gotta run out eventually.
