If the school can expell you for calling gays subhuman, they can expell you for sticking up for gays, or anything else that you may say that expresses an opinion that they don't like. The kid didn't call anyone a faggot, he didn't threaten anyone, he just expressed distain. I mentioned my friend getting in trouble because it also happened in a catholic school. Also, she only got sent to the principal, she wasn't expelled.
