2) I bet 88.9% of the people who said yes meant that the Bush team knew and let it happen becuase they's they wanted a threat or they covered up the fact that they dropped the ball (the .1% is Jon Gold). But what matters is they voted yes, who cares why they voted that. As long as Bush is hurting, it's a good thing.
