#1 I was watching FOX and Peyton Manning was on. He was from the area and is the reining MVP from the NFL and Indianapolis Colts QB. He stated he had a friend who lived in the ninth ward near the levee break and that his friend heard the levee break and that there was an explosion and within minutes the water was surrounding his house. Explosion??? I'm sure a damn breaking would make some noise, but I wouldn't think it would sound like an explosion. Maybe it would!!! Still the storm was over and didn't break until 12 hours after the rain had stopped. That seems fishy. What do you guys think?


#2 The Center for Disease Control (CDC) has announced that anyone that came in contact with the water had to recieve a Hepatitus A shot. Looks to be getting interesting. Now we may understand why "they" dispersed the refugees nationwide.

I've heard about the explosions, don't know what to think about that. Is it really feasible that people would be out in that weather placing explosives? Could they have been set up beforehand???

Beforehand most likely! The levee was an earthen/rock type levee. Could withstand Cat3 'cane. It would slowly start leaking from saturation and then eventually develop holes. There would be no explosion. Thats whats strange.

Well if there is some sort of governernment involvment in this, then as Gold would say "who benifits". And I really don't see any benifit at all because Bush is having terrible p.r.

But one could argue that this disaster is brining back world sympathy back to the U.S. so when we go to war with Iran the anger from the Iraq war won't spill over as much.

i don't kow if this could shed any light on the "explosion" you speak about. but my aunt and uncle said that during hurricane betsy they flooded the chalmette part of new orleans to save the french quarter. perhaps they did something like it this time?

I heard someone mention they may have blown up certain levies to try to save some of the more expensive housing and flooding the lower income housing in the process.

The fact is, they knew about all this beforehand. it doesn't matter if there are explosions or if negroponte has decided to unleash the salvador option in NOLA. They are probably trying to hide the bodies first. See...

This is criminal negligence, there should be(yes I know, don't laugh) an independent investigation. But we know in America today, independent or "bipartisan" means coverup and this means we have a criminal president who will stop at nothing from creating disaster.
