He's down in Biloxi, Mississippi reviewing Hurricane Katrina.
Is it impossible for him to show any semblance of solemnity in a time of crisis? Does he always have to smirk when describing the situation? He just said something like, "Well, the levee broke yesterday, we're blah blah blah" and he's fucking smiling! Now he just said, "These are tough times" and he's almost laughing.....
I don't mean to imply that he thinks the disaster is funny, but for God's sake control your simian monkey-looking face Mr. President; you're the leader of the country in the wake of the worst natural disaster in American history.
Or, better yet, explain things to the homeless black citizens of New Orleans still waiting for basic survival supplies and smile. See what happens.
