Israel Says It Was Tipped Off About Attacks
A senior Israeli official has been widely quoted today as saying that British police told the Israeli Embassy in London minutes before today's explosions they had received warnings of possible terror attacks in the city. Israel was holding an economic conference near the scene of one of the explosions. Israeli Finance Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was supposed to attend, but the attacks occurred before he arrived. The official sais that just before the blasts, Scotland Yard called the security officer at the Israeli Embassy and said warnings of possible attacks had been received.

No Offense, but it is people like yourself who blame every attack on "Bush/Blair" without getting facts first, that cause people to tune out. These attacks happened today, but somehow, you already know Bush/Blair were behind it.

Thanks for commenting on this. It is the people like Stew Webb, well-intentioned as they may be, who have only contributed to the propaganda machine discrediting conspiracy theories. These folk discredit all of us because they state hypothesis as fact without attributing their claims.

A theory is a theory only because a hypothesis is supported by facts, as you noted. There are real conspiracy theorists, like many of the people on this board, who actually use scientific method to prove or disprove hypotheses. (Actually, in scientific method, you create a strawman hypothesis and see if it can be disproved. If not, then you research the material to support it.)

Certainly many of us are hypothesizing that it was TPTB that benefitted from these attacks, not al-Q'aida, suggesting that the "official" story is bogus, but we still have some work to do to gather facts to prove or disprove our hypothesis. If we get credible, attributable validation, then it becomes a solid theory. For example, several of the 9/11 inconsistencies have been addressed scientifically by reputable people and we can indeed say that these inconsistent stories of 9/11 can be theorized to be different from the official version. (Others, of course, are still in question, still hypotheses.)

I'm sorry if I'm preaching to the choir, but this is one of the reasons I stopped interacting on other boards and came to this one, because it seems most here are as adamant as I am that we use scientific method to make our case as strong as possible. Too many other boards throw out hypotheses as facts just because members have experience as whistleblowers or as operatives, or whatever. Well, I have similar experience too, but I still place my thoughts in the hypothesis box even if my experience suggests the hypothesis is strong, because I feel it is so essential to back up our hypotheses with the facts. In my case, I rely mostly on memory, I don't have a lot of paper to back up my claims, so even though I know my experience is true, it's still my word against others, unless additional sources are found for the same type of experience.
