you know there is no difference in torture if it's done by different countries... (don't know if i wrote that right or not)...
u.s. kidnapping and giving someone over to another country b/c they have different procedures that they can use is still the u.s.'s decision.... they still knew what would more than likely happen if they were handed over...etc.
