ok these people are crazy. sink holes occure naturally over time if you take stuff out of the planet and don't fill the holes up like oil or whatever natural element you want to choose... eventually you'lll have a hole and it's not going to stay covered up when you build stuff on top of it... it's not a miracle or a horrible miracle eigther... just a natural phenomenon that happens over time. interesting story though.
