I'm not claiming this interpretation is correct, but my first thought on reading this article (in conjunciton with other articles Jon has posted today and perhaps some other stuff infused in my sick mind) is that this is part of a psyop to remind everybody that Israel is in possession of nuclear weapons.

Of course, if I'm understanding correctly, it's still not properly verified that Israel is actually in possession of nuclear weapons, right?
