Asking for accountability is key I believe. Either accountability for "incompetence" or "criminality." If you ask for accountability for "incompetence", then you will probably hear testimony like, "Yes, I did my job on the morning of 9/11, it was ____ that was incompetent", and then ultimately, you will get to the truth, which I think is "criminality."
