Pennsylvania is an important state for Democrats, who were polling ahead in congressional races and looked well positioned to pick up a senate seat from Republican Rick Santorum going into today's election.

Imagine them saying, "See, look at the complaints from 866-OUR-VOTE... we demand an investigation..."

I guess the Democrats could essentially do the same thing.

I don't think it would help Republicans to use this tactic. All it would do is delay everything a few weeks, the end result would still show them losing.

It looks like this whole thing is gonna be decided tonight with the exeption of the George Allen race, that ones dead even and that state has an automatic recount law.
