yes, 'kick-ass' seems pretty apt. in particular, it provides a context in which
911 is but a part - & i agree (w/some of the commentary i've seen here) - in absence of physical evidence (accidentally removed from scene by guiliani & crowd) - the effect has been to lead many people to end up tripping over themselves in the search for a legally solid explanation (w/some rather remarkable results at that!).
