It is pretty certain. The number of people that work from the site who conduct disinformation is extraordinary.

One factor that is quite strong I think is that the technological knowledge level there is quite high. Much higher than any baord I've seen. This indicates military type training.

The coordination of the many deniers there is also an indicator of a shared agenda. A curious thing I noticed is a sensitivity to being proven wrong. At all costs the disturbing truth was moved off the last page with many posts of baking recipes, cat pictures or other spam.
