Actually, I think they forgot a critical one.
Remember that one in L.A.?
The one Bush called the Liberty Tower, that turned out to be the Library Tower.
And the mayor of the city had even come forward and questioned the authenticity of it all, and called the President's motives into question.
Why didn't they include that one?
That was one of the most obvious ones IMO, being that it was called out by another public official.

I think we have to encourage anyone in the media who actually does what the media is supposed to do. Olberman is doing a service for the country, although he might not be the only one, for trying to expose these lunatics that run the country.
