Eh...ahem...ah...well...Knowing an Admin from this site, that is located pretty high up on the regional ladder for Comcast, all I can say is "Yes, sir, I understand how frustrating it can be, but the service is subject to outage. I would be happy to reimburse your account for the 10 minutes, and your trouble. The total of that credit comes to .54 cents. Thank you for choosing Comcast, and we appreciate your business."

I can ONLY get to this site, and Comcast's line is BUSY, and when I did get someone, it was a recording of "Did you know that you can unplug your cable modem, blah blah blah..." I can't get to any of the news sites... I feel blind...
