The woman is Wafa Sultan, an Arab-American psychologist from Los Angeles.
This is a very interesting interview. It's in Arabic with excellent sub-titles.

I am in shock that she has the balls to get on Al Jazeera television and say what she says. She is very articulate and needs to speak more often
