It's easy. Scroll down, click on 'Free', wait the speficied amount of time and them enter the three digit code (this is a new addition that I have not seen before) and then click on 'Download from Mirror Berlin'.

If you are not downloading anything, you are using a proxy-server or a shared IP-address. A Premium-account solves this problem as well.
Usually it says I have to wait like 61 minutes or 5 minutes or some shit, and then it never does anything after. This last time it worked (with the coundown in seconds) but I didn't know what to do afterwards with the code.
