Thanks to Chronos Films & Media for posting this. I said, "signing statements", and meant "document requests." I also had a joke at the end about how we have been asked to report "suspicious behavior" because you never know where a terrorist may be lurking, and I asked for a cellphone from the audience because I wanted to report that I think there are terrorists sitting in the White House.

Better speech than the pros on C-Span, I watch that channel sometimes, many aren't good speakers.
