Recently a DVD-disc was received in the mail. There was no return address and the postmark was from Nebraska. There was a yellow sticky note with, "W2 Archive," written on it in block print. The DVD-disc had 6 .AVI files that used the Sequential Logging System time-code. The contents of the video are shocking and disturbing. To assist in viewing, the video files were compiled together with black transitions between the sequences and the audio was boosted for clarity. Two short video clips are currently posted here as MPEGs. The viewing area is small for easy download. 10641-33180746 MPG and 10641-33180779 MPG. Due to bandwidth issues you will only be able to find these files on Bit Torrent, Lime Wire, Kazaa, and other P2P file sharing methods as AVI files. The video is approximately 1 hour in length and appears to cover a period of interrogation from several weeks to months. Because the time-coding uses Sequential Logging System it is impossible to tell when the Detainee was being interrogated and how long the detainee is here. Sequential Logging System only activates the time-coded sequence when the camera is actively recording. This means that if the camera is on record it is being logged. This video security system was developed to prevent non-logged recording sessions. So there were obviously other interviews of other detainees during the gaps. This time-coding system was designed in the mid 1990's by a company called 'VidSec Technology' but I can not find anything on the internet if they are still in business. The detainee is obvsiously an American. I do not declare that the video is real, only that it exists. This is obviously the most controversial video of 2005.
Believe what you want, but here's some known and true information regarding the Patriot Act with the source linked:
On May 29, 2005, on Fox News Sunday, General Richard B. Myers, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told Chris Wallace, the host, that there have been 68,000 Detainees since 9/11/2001.
The Washington Post, on December 26, 2002, reported in an article entitled US Decries Abuse but Defends Interrogation, that, "According to U.S. officials, nearly 3,000 suspected al Qaeda members and their supporters have been detained worldwide since Sept. 11, 2001."
Who are these other 65,000 detainees? Where are all of these detainees being held? Why are their imprisonments being kept secret? How many are foriegn nationals and how many are US Citizens? Could some of the approximately 800,000 Americans that are reported missing EVERY year be detaineed somewhere? Is it true that the government is shuttling detainees around the country and world on secret airplanes as reported by Newsweek on February 28, 2005? Is this how the Patriot Act is supposed to work?
The US Congress appears to be afraid of something as they did not discuss the Patriot Act in an open forum and re-approved it and quickly gavelled the session closed in June, 2005. C-SPAN had the hearing online but recently took it down.

Where are these other secret camps? It is rumored that somewhere on Homeland soil exists Whiskey-2, Oscar, Sierra-2, and countless others. Who runs these camps?
This isn't a Democrat or Republican issue. Members from both parties have voiced concerns over what is happening. On Fox News Sunday, November 6, 2005, Sen. McCain (R-Arizona) stated that even the Israelis know that torture is not effective for gaining information.
In an Associated Press article that was reported On ABC's This Week, Sen. Biden (D-Delaware) and Sen. Hagel (R-Nebraska) both acknowledged that the FBI's use of the Patriot Act to SECRETLY look at US citizens' financial records and internet usage is crossing the rights of privacy. It was acknowledged that there are approximately 30,000 incidents per year of the FBI snooping around without a court-ordered subpoena and without any legal or court oversight. Hoover would be happy.
