President Indicted?

I thought I was aware of a lot of things within the Bush Administration but somenbody sent me the link above. Is this a bogus report or did it truly happen without the media finding out? I have a good supply of books on 911 and the bogus report called the "Commission Report."

Is there a chance this Indictment could have wings and might just be the truth?
