NWO isnt an American led venture, nor is the NWO using America. In my opinion it's a mutual thing. The Illuminati is all over the western world and it just so happened they were able to branch out into differnt sections of our govnt and take top positions (and most likely other govnts around the world too). Now obviously I'm not an Illuminatti expert but that's just what I think.
