did you try googling it? It should pop up if its been cited anywhere. Put it in quotes and see what turns up.
I have... I can't find where it was said, when it was said, and to whom it was said.
well you did look hard enough then. I googled it and turned up tons of references. Its quoted on page 13 in a book called Derailing Democracy by David McGowan.
Interesting that it is also on pg 13 too, numerically speaking.
Its on Amazon.com for the book. You can get the books publisher, history, etc by opening the cover on the new feature they have.
Right, but does answer the questions I asked? Where, When, Who... etc...
Here's another reference to Colby and the Media.
CIA and the Media: A complex relationship by Molly Pietsch. article at http://www.independent-media.tv
I would have copy-pasted, but the link wouldnt transfer thru firefox settings or something.
is this for a paper or something? sometimes you have to cite where its been cited before. Profs do this all the time without actually reading the article/book/study they are referencing.
No... if the quote is accurate, I'll "promote" it... if it isn't, I can't.
Lost Crusade: The Secret Wars of CIA Director William Colby
That's the book he wrote. So if he said that quote then it must have been written in there.
Holla!
correction, that book is by John Prados.Quote:
