Here's a quick video clip about how FEMA was to be used for supressing politcal descent amoung other things. There's also a great clip of Oli North in a congressional hearing, and when questioned about FEMA, a congressman was told that was off topic.

Just goes to show how the govn't really works.

Regarding the ruling elites setting up a "one world govn't", I don't believe it. Not possible. But a group of people trying control world affairs via proxy, that I believe.
