Bush Announces Alito - Video Inside

Does Bush know Alito's heart the same way he knows Harriet Miers' heart?
 
Alito did strike down a law banning partial birth abortion, siting supreme court president. I think He'd vote against Roe v Wade if he had to, but I don't think he'd support a movement for the judges to make that decision.
