(National) September 11, 2005 - On the fourth anniversary of 9-11, Al Qaeda has delivered a new specific threat against another American city.
A video tape was sent exclusively to ABC news, apparently delievered by an American sympathizer.

In the tape a masked man delcares "Yesterday, London and Madrid. Tomorrow, Los Angeles and Melbourne, Allah willing. Compassion."

Homeland security is investigating but says it doesn't know of any imminent threat.

Now many leaders in Washington are questioning whether the federal government is prepared to handle another disaster like 9/11, especially after the failures in response to Hurricane Katrina.

Meanwhile, a new audio tape posted on the internet is believed to be the voice of an Al-Qaeda leader in Iraq, Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi.

On the tape, he denounces the joint US and Iraqi attacks in Tal Afar.

"Operation restore rights" is aimed at driving terrorists out of the city.

What a coincidence today's blackout in L.A. turned out to be.
