It's a frame from news footage. I would be interested in seeing or at least knowing wich news agency the camera man in the picture is from.
Not to "hunt the boeing"...strictly for historical archives.

If you've seen the news segment, the camera man is turning around after filming the fire from the generator. I guess he didn't know he was being filmed from behind...
