The epidemic killing of civilians continues without pause; oil workers and doctors strike; and a riot at Bagram. (PFI has again been backlogged and divided due to problems with computers.)

Here's an interesting and instructive case. On an unofficial military website, this photo, along with others, was trumpeted as part of an "Iraqi march against terrorism" in Qayarrah on July 5th. Fair enough - but did they even bother to read the English banners? "al-Juboor's tribe with other tribes ask the Coalition Forces to release my [illegible] Mutlab Salih al-Jupoori who is now in prison with the Coalition Forces" One might take note that the same website refers to the resistance as "animals".
