It's Been 4 Years - And Still The Truth Surrounding 9/11 Remains Suppressed.

September 11, 2005

End The Media Blackout!

March And Rally For The Truth!

1:00PM @ The New York Times
In front of 229 W. 43rd St. between 7/8th Aves

March To The United Nations With Stops At Fox And CNN

Last year, an opinion poll by Zogby discovered 49% of New York City residents believe U.S. officials knew about 9/11 in advance and "consciously failed" to act.

We the People of NY and the World DEMAND:

That the International Criminal Court investigate the crimes of Sept. 11, 2001; the MURDER of thousands of innocent civilians and the physical destruction of the WTC complex;

And that the Corporate Media fulfill their obligation to THE PUBLIC and uphold transparency in our Democracy through the conveying of truth, and not simply the "news that fits", and thereby enable THE PEOPLE to bring to justice those responsible for these crimes.

Stop The Exploitation Of The Tragedy Of 9/11!
No More Media Complicity With Government Lies!

Hi folks,

This will be the last update before the big events this Sunday. I just heard the announcement on WBAI again. We've handed out over 10,000 fliers. We've gotten emails from people around the country on this so all indications are we'll have a great turnout.

Street Actions For Saturday
As a reminder, we won't be at Ground Zero. Instead we'll be at Union Sq., south side, from noon on. At 1:30 there will be a big strategy meeting nearby at the New School Tisch Auditorium held by Troops Out Now. We'll need people there to flyer for our Sunday events for an hour or so. So we need at least 10 people there.

Sunday Morning
Many people want to have a presence at Ground Zero. This action is important because there will be public officials, families, and media there. Here are the plans.

We will gather at the South end of City Hall Park, or, in the event that area is closed off to the public, in front of
J&R Music World on Park Row, on 9-11-2005, at 8 AM.

It is not our intention, to disrespect the memory of the victims, or to in any way, obstruct or disturb those who come to Ground Zero that day, to mourn the loss of loved ones,....We sympathize deeply with those who have been tragically affected by the 9-11 disaster.

The plan for this event is, to come in “Under The Radar”,?..no big signs, banners, buttons, no “Telll Tale T-Shirts”, and no other visible items that would distinguish us from any other person attending the event, other wise, we'll be corralled by the police and forced to stand in a protest pen, probably blocks away from the event site, like we were last year.

We could carry small signs, ( perhaps as small as an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper ) with appropriate messages, and keep them concealed in bags or under our shirts, until the moment that we collectively display them, perhaps just before the ceremonial “Moment of Silence” ( approximately 8:46 am ) and just display them while silently standing in the crowd.

It will be very important to have video cameras to film our action just in case of police interference.

Sunday Afternoon & Evening
You should all have the details. If you'd like to see the march route go to www.summeroftruth.org (http://www.summeroftruth.org). If anyone else would like to offer to help, please email me at jazzyday@earthlink.net ASAP with your name and phone numbers. For all who volunteered so far, I'll be calling.

Next Weekend
We may have an opportunity to do outreach in Harlem. Who would like to participate in The Harlem Health Festival next Saturday?

Also, next Sunday we'll have a booth at one of the biggest Street Fairs of the year. We'll be on Columbus Ave between 67th and 68th Street on the east side of the street, site #253. We must be set up by 10 am. We'll need at least 10 people there to hand out leaflets, get petition signatures and staff our table. Please contact me directly at jazzyday@earthlink.net to volunteer.

Truth will prevail,
Les
