Filibuster Recommended Reading

For those of you who don't know, a "Filibuster" is the use of obstructionist tactics, especially prolonged speechmaking, for the purpose of delaying legislative action.

In other words, Congressmen will take as much time as they can, speaking about anything, to prevent a vote. They will read newspaper articles, books, magazines, and anything else they can get their hands on to take as much time up as they can.

Because C-SPAN covers the majority of the "Filibuster" live, I thought maybe we could compile a list of recommended reading, and send it to as many Congressmen as we can.
