Last night (2/23/2008), I once again appeared on Dom Giordano's show. Because of the mockery he made of our effort to help the 9/11 families and responders, I wanted to make sure he knew we weren't happy (to say the least), and also, I spoke with Bob McIlvaine yesterday, and he asked me to invite Dom to a showing of 9/11: Press For Truth. Dom says he can't make it this Tuesday, but might be willing to come in March.

Notice how Dom says he doesn't want to debate a family member? I would think, and correct me if I'm wrong, but if you're going to listen to ANYONE, shouldn't it be a family member? How about 10 family members? 20? 50% of them according to 9/11 Family Member Bill Doyle? If they're saying the same things we are, don't you think you might want to listen? To me, that's like saying their words don't matter. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Also, Dom doesn't seem to have a problem with the blatant cover-ups, etc... all of that's ok. However, if you DARE to even THINK that elements of our Government might be complicit in the attacks, that is BLASPHEMY.

Incidentally, the "goal posts" Dom referred to have never moved. These aren't all new questions the families are asking. Most of them are the original questions they submitted to the 9/11 Commission in the hopes that they would be answered. 70% of them were not. They can't help it if things like Able Danger (http://www.yourbbsucks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4821), the CIA Tapes (http://www.nytimes.com/2007/12/26/opinion/l26cia.html?ref=opinion), Sibel Edmonds (http://www.911blogger.com/node/13431), Philip Zelikow (http://www.911blogger.com/node/13710), are exposed after the fact (and during, but ignored).

If Dom actually attends PFT, you should explain to him that "accountability" doesn't necessarily mean "the government did it."

Remind him that no one was held accountable, even if that accountability relates only to apparent negligence or incompetence.

The evidence of a government coverup, including Shenon's book, is at this point overwhelming. I mean, even Kean and Hamilton said the White House provided the most obstruction of their investigation. How much more "inside" the commission does Dom want the source to be?

Well spoken Tim.
