If you're a member of this site, you know that we have a "bot" problem. They're always signing up, and posting spam with regard to porn, pharmaceuticals, and several other things that are typically annoying. In the last 3 days, we've had "bots" sign up with President Ahmadinajad's name in different variations. ahmadinajadchmo, ahmadenajadsukka, and ahmadenagadpidar.

If I were a "conspiracy theorist", I would think that whomever started these bots, wanted Ahmadinejad's name to be associated with an annoyance. So as to make an easier sell of a possible war with Iran.

However, since all I can verify it as is a "freaky coincidence", I'm going to leave my theories to myself, and just point it out for others to ponder.

Do the header source or server logs have anything informative, or are they randomly "IP spoofed?" I'll wager that the authorities wouldn't be of much help.

Maybe one of those "squiggly number" signup prompts would limit some of this electronic "bot" debris. I only noticed the "arabic" "ahmad"-portion of the usernames myself.

It might have to do with the fact that he's a very handsome man.
