Mix-n-match?
Hey Jon,
My sister has had pretty good luck mixing used USB Mac Keyboards from Univ. Surplus to PCs. She thought she has run a PC USB Keyboard on Macs too before at the University to get some equipment running.
The PS/2 (little green or purple circular connector) and AT (big 6 or 7-pin circular PC connectors are definite no-go's.
Might be worth a shot if you can find a PC USB keyboard easier or cheaper with the holiday.

For the record, I prefer UNIX and LINUX systems- I just can't afford one of the 64-bit multi-processor mainframes since I left the government work- anybody got one just laying around to donate to a good cause?
