Is the Sears tower next?

The owners recently took out a loan of $780million at 6.26% for 10 years.

There is a weird buzz about Dec. 7th 2006 on the net.

Ha, "they've" been talking about the Sears Tower for-ever.
If the buzz is December 7th, we'll see what Mr. Culhavoc (http://culhavoc.blogsome.com/) has to say, the dude's right in the middle of that shit, and is always on top of it.
Now that I mention it, somebody should go ahead and start PDFing some of his entries relating to his Chicago reports. You know, just for the record.

Cmon, don't believe the hype. If I say it's gonna rain everyday, I'll be right eventually. Alex Jones predicted an attack before the election=nada. Now we're broadening the timeline? Keep your ear to the ground, but don't be predictin shit. You remove your credibility when you're wrong... Like the weather channel for instance. Man how I hate those guys. If I did my job with the efficiency they do, shit would be burning down and blowin up for a 300 mi radius of my house.
