Unconfirmed exit polls circulating online are indicating major Democratic victories in the US Senate, RAW STORY has learned.

The list finds Republicans leading in just 2 of 9 key races, in Arizona and Tennessee.

Exit polls in 2000 and 2004 overestimated the performance of Democrats in final tallies by sometimes large margins.

The list, as acquired by RAW STORY, follows:

Democrats leading in:

* VA: 53-46
* RI: 53-46
* PA: 57-42
* OH: 57-43
* NJ: 53-45
* MT: 53-46
* MO: 50-48

Republicans leading:

* TN: 51-48
* AZ: 50-46
