On Tuesday May 3rd 1994 this program was scheduled to air on the Discovery Channel.

Influential members of Congress applied pressure to the cable industry to stop the airing of the program and DESTROY ALL COPIES!

It was already listed nation-wide in the April 30th – May 6th edition of TV Guide and newspaper supplements.

The Discovery Channel and Yorkshire Television were reimbursed for the ¼ to

½ MILLION Dollar production costs.
This is the program they didn’t want you to see.

Kinda raw for a Discovery production. I really wasn't familiar with this case. Why did they kill themselvesto keep it off the air? I'll admit I put this on as I was falling asleep last night, but who cares about Larry King (I'm assuming not the TV host)? You guys should post the equivelent of cliff notes along with these, so the really busy/stupid people (ME) get a shot at understanding...

I came across this while visiting my dad and showing him some alternative websites to visit on his computer. I think I saw the link on Raw Story. I started to watch it but then had to go---dad and i went to a viewing of "America: Freedom to Fascism" and the next day we saw "Iraq for Sale". I was so glad to see that Nashville was having screening for these two films. It was great. Anyway, I had forgotten about this documentary so thanks for posting it!!!! I will definately watch it.
