Although I'd like to go to New York or Washington, DC to stand in solidarity with other truthers, it's a long way across the continent. I'll go to a rally in San Francisco (http://www.911truth.org/Events-9-11-06.htm#SanFrancisco) instead.

SF - Beautiful City for Truth

We're doing a downtown rally in TAMPA. Ray McGovern is coming to town to do some fundraising for Congressional Candidate Samm Simpson.

Hopefully, he'll stop by our rally and say a few words.

I'm going to be in NYC. I live close, so it's the only thing that makes sense. Always get the shivers bein down there. Not the city itself, but ground zero. I'm there all the time (manhattan), but I don't usually stop down there anymore, it made me feel like I was obsessing over it... And in all honesty, I was. I don't think I'll ever get all the way over that day. As I said in another post that I'm too lazy too link to, it seems like I feel it more now than I did in the first few years after.

I'll be avoiding all the uncritical 911 News Specials that will undoubtedly be on every fucking channel, even the Irish ones.

I plan on taking the bus into chinatown. Only 60 bucks round trip from the ass end of VA. I have been trying to get a hold of a friend that lives in Manhatten (for a place to stay) but I have been unsuccessful. Are the majority of us that don't live in the vicinity staying at hotels?

......eh stupid question I guess.

i haven't had luck with my friend in NYC either. I was planning on staying there but may have to crash with a group of other friends staying in a hotel.

My friend actually lives in NJ and that is where my group of friends happen to have a hotel. you may find a deal there. Nj is a hop, skip and jump away from the city.

yeah I am between Newark and Yonkers for a week every other month or so.
I have seen some good deals on hotels and will probably take one up if I do not hear anything by tomorrow night. I have convinced a lot of people about 9-11 but can't convince them to go up to ground zero. Well the ones that planned to go are out of town for this weekend. Even if the hotel is cheap I would much rather split between a couple a friends than foot the bill myself. Though I will.
