Did he say Japan was doin' a "heckuva job"?
Or did he actually say they did a good job?
Either way, it seems everytime somebody gets credited by the Prez for doing something right, it's always when they're stepping away from the Prez and/or the entire US.
Rummy is supposedly doin' a fine job, according to Bush.
"Fine" may mean he's doing a real shitty job, so Bush has to keep him around in order to help make his own indecisions not look so bad.
